Shun Fujii, President & CEO of Maruzen Petrochemical Co. Ltd.

Mr. Fujii succeeded, as of June 30, 2010, the Company’s Directorship of Mr. Youichi Nonaka, a former president and CEO of Maruzen. He had begun his business career as a banker. After 30years experiences in major financial institutions in Japan including Industrial Bank of Japan, Shinko Securities Co., and The Resolution and Collection Corp., joined Maruzen in 2002 as a managing director of Audit, Finance and Accounting Dept. He promoted to Senior Managing Director and CFO in 2008 to head General affairs, Public Relations, Labor and Welfare, Purchasing and Finance & Accounting. He was graduated from Kyoto University with BA in Economics. He has served as a Director of the Company since June 2010.

Won-Jun Hur, Vice Chairman of Hanwha Chemical Corporation

Mr .Hur has dedicated himself in the petrochemical industry for more than 40 years since he joined Hanwha Chemical in 1968. As well as his role in restructuring non-core business such as hydrogen peroxide, PMMA, the development of new growth engine such as CMP slurry highlights his expertise to create sustainable growth model. Mr. Hur has held various positions including CIO and CTO in the company and has headed New Business Development Division and Technical Planning Division among others. He is a graduate of Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea with BA degree in chemical engineering. He has served as a Director of the Company since 2005.

Bum-Shick Chong, President and CEO of Honam Petrochemical Corp.

He serves as Chairman of Korean Petrochemical Industry Association since 2011. He started his career as chemical engineer at Korea General Chemicals in 1971. Since he moved to Honam Petrochemicals Corp in 1976, Mr. Cheong has experienced and managed major chemical companies in Korea from engineering expert to top executives, including CEO of Hyundai Petrochemical Corp (2003-04), Lotte Daesan Petrochemical (2005-06), and now Honam Petrochemicals Corp since 2007. He won the Order of Gold Tower Industrial Service Merit from Korean Government in 2010. He was graduated from Seoul National University with BA in Chemical Engineering. He has been newly nominated for a Director of the Company for 2011.

Hong Youl Ryu, Executive Vice President of Samsung Corporation

He has had a wide variety of experience at Samsung since he joined Samsung Corporation in 1982. He had begun his career at Iron and Steel business and extended to Marketing and Corporate Planning Division. His global exposures were represented by 13years working experience in Chinese market arena including Beijing, Guangzhou, and Taipei as a chief offer as well as field business manager. He was graduated from SungKyunKwan University with BA in Chinese Language and Literature. He has been newly nominated for a Director of the Company for 2011.

Soo-Chul Lee, Chairman and CEO of ChemCross, Inc.

He served in Samsung Corporation for more than 30years during which he headed Chemical Division Co. and managed Trading and Retail Groups as senior vice president. He was the president of Samsung Japan for five years (1993-1997). He is a graduate of Sungkyunkwan University with BA degree in Foreign Trade. He hold diploma of Management Development Program from Keio University and Chief Executive Officer Program from Yonsei University. He was awarded Medal of Industry from the government of Korea in 1995. He served as a Director of the Company for 2004~06 and re-nominated for a Director for 2011.

Il Bo Shim, President and COO of ChemCross, Inc.

He has had a wide variety of experience at Samsung since he joined Samsung C&T Corporation in 1977. He served in Samsung C&T Corporation for about 30 years during which he headed its China Regional Headquarter and managed in the office of development planning as an executive director. He handled Chemical Trading Division. He was the president of Seoul Business Agency for 3years. He graduated from Seoul National University with BA degree in Chemical Engineering. He got a master’s degree in business administration from MIT University. He joined Chemcross on December 5, 2011. He has been newly nominated for a Director of the Company for 2012.
